Very relaxing trip!

Very nice place to vacation. Very easy to get to. Check in instructions were great. Garage parking option was nice. Property location was good. Walking distance (1.8 miles from downtown area) - can walk down beach or street or combination. Got to see a SpaceX rocket launch which was cool. Private path to beach was nice too. Beach chairs and umbrella in garage a plus as we did not have to pack our own.

Beautiful peaceful location

A wonderful place to stay, felt at home.was extremely comfortable. Balcony facing the beach was a slice of heaven. Garage parking plus. Could not recommend any higher as this is the standard that other should adhere to. Great job

Weekend at the beach

Great location, 1 mile from downtown Cocoa Beach. Beautiful views! Very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. All the amenities you could possibly need. The washer/dryer were a huge plus! The boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas made for the perfect beach days! We were able to watch Star Link being launched from the beach. We will definitely be back.

50 years

My wife and I are originally from Cocoa Beach and we were married there May 18, 1974 on Merritt Island of Hall Road in the bird sanctuary. This last weekend we went back to that area chopped our way through the bushes and found the exact location when we were married and celebrated our wedding 50 years later. The apartment that we rented from this outfit was great. It was clean they were personable. It was a pleasure to stay in this particular facility. Thank you again and I would recommend it for anyone.

Great quiet spot!

Host was very accommodating for my chemical sensitivities in regards to bedding. Place was very quiet and well stocked. Plenty of bedding, pillows and towels. Host was quick to respond. Price was fair. Close to Cocoa Beach & restaurants. Be aware, the tile floors can be slippery, may not be appropriate for the elderly. Also, watch for local police when in town, they have no issue writing parking tickets in areas that are un-posted with no painted curbs. It's definitely a source of revenue for the city.

Absolutely love this place!

First time to this area and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The host was so very nice. I wish I could keep this place a secret from others but I can’t be that selfish! Definitely a return stay in our future!!!!!
