The room itself had a strong unpleasant odor that did not go away, even after airing it out. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property.」

「This was our first visiting to St. Martin. We stayed over in Simpson Bay the first week and at Oyster Bay the last 4 days of our trip. You will need a car, it's in a very remote area on the East Coast (Atlantic side). The Seaweed is an issue, the smell was aweful and not really able to enjoy the beach. The staff is friendly, but is in no hurry. We waited for over an 1 hour for breakfast each morning and a few times, we witnessed guest walk out of the restaurant because their dinners to over...

「Simpson Bay Resort was superior. They exceeded all my expectations. The place impeccably clean, staff was so friendly and accomdating no matter where we were in the resort. The around the world boat tour on the santino was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the shopping trip to Philipsburg. Lunch and shopping along all the street shops, many designer boutiques. AMA's jewelry store owner RT, she was fabulous! I would recommend highly at trip to Sint Maarten at Simpson Bay Resort.❤️❤️❤️」

「Staff friendly. Close to restaurants and marina. 」

「The first day was terrible there was no towels so i couldn’t shower after a long day of travel. The bathroom was damaged and maintenance never came to fix it so after a few days it started to smell like mold. The cleaning team couldn’t remember to leave toilet tissue and they left my room door open after they changed the bedding. The air didn’t go off the last couple days so it was extremely cold and not comfortable. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and I won’t be staying back there. 」

「We stayed for my birthday. The hotel is super nice, very clean and staff very friendly. Also is nice that is gated and safe. The restaurant has a super atmosphere. Very important that we had a access to the beach and they provided chairs and umbrella when we eat in the restaurant. But of course if you are on the beach you will eat and drink 😉. I will be back soon. I can highly recommend this hotel. Very happy with all services you provided 」
