"The staff was very friendly. However, when you walk in the building the fragrance was overwhelming. Way to strong of a cleaner or air freshener. Then the smell in our room was awful. I cannot even pinpoint what it could have been, but it was not pleasant. The toilet did not stop running and the room needed a rug or something under the bed also. The metal bed frame on the vinyl floor was loud..every toss and turn the bed squeaked against the floor. Room was fine for a 2 night stay that would have us out of the room for the majority of the day."

"The most outstanding staff members. Each and every encounter with the team members was friendly, professional and helpful. That alone made my stay the best!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Nautilus Inn. The oceanfront view was beautiful and very scenic, even though I was on the second floor and would have preferred a higher one. The room was clean, everything worked well, and the easy beach access was definitely the highlight of my stay."

"Definitely call ahead to make sure amenities are working. Jacuzzi was not working. Staff was friendly and helpful even at late hours. Property is decent needs some updates an attention to little details. Beach view was amazing but gate to beach was not very secure a while I was in the jacuzzi other people were in there also saying they were not staying there but people knew it was a lax place. Overall I think it’s worth what I paid and would stay again. No shade on property and they did not have any umbrellas out. As well in the pictures they had small day bed areas and they did not have any day beds. Room was decent smelled clean and beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops."

"Rooms are old with old furniture, there is evidence of dust and dirt in all the nooks and crannies. Especially in the bathroom, and there was construction going on all over property "

"I most disturbing part of my review is when I checked in and got my room and key card I proceeded to take my luggage up to the room and enter. It was late at night and once I entered there were no lights on to see very well. I pulled my luggage over to the kitchen side and proceeded to turn on the lights. Guess what - the room was occupied and I scared the daylights out of two poor unsuspecting people and myself. I quickly removed myself from the room and returned to the main desk to tell them what happened. There are many more poor issues to comment on but you get the picture with this place. "
