“We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus.”

“Room was fair. Very small. Shower in bedroom and bathroom has no door only shower curtains. Extremely noisy as it us connected to a bar and the band was right outside the window very very loud. They leave earplugs in room no wonder. Band played till 10pm then music from spealers played till 10:30. Some places mention they have breakfast even on thier site someone mentioned great breakfast and they kept this visible instead of correcting. There is no breakfast. Parking is not on the site. Air……

“Well let’s start with before we even arrived on site!! It said room number and access to room would be emailed prior to arrival, which did not happen! Called number listed on site left several voice messages with no response back. Attempted to call on our drive up to St. Augustine and still no response or answer on the phone. When we arrive, someone was waiting to help us check into the room. After settling in tempted to log into Wi-Fi access with no results password was wrong. There were no……

“Definitely an amateurish operation. House was plain, no decorations. No counter space in bath, no desk, drawers, or closet in room. Parking was a very bad joke. Hard to find anyone to do anything - no front desk staff at all. Room not available on time. Very onerous cancellation and change policies. Not worth the cost AT ALL - stay somewhere else!”

“Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. ”
