“The AC was nice. Found it weird that the front desk was closed on a weekday at 6AM. it was fine, but I wouldn't return if other options were available.”

“We really liked the convenient location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and bedding but did not like that one of the amenities mentioned on website was a restaurant. Unfortunately on the website for the Invermere Inn & Suites does NOT clearly indicate that the restaurant is closed every Monday-Wednesday (which happened to be the exact days I was there with my elderly & mobility challenged parents). This was very disappointing and caused my parents a lot of discomfort and stress. When we arrived……

“Great cozy lodge! The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was provided. The entire felt historic, rooms were cozy, and the views you get from the rooms and the breakfast dining room was amazing. Parking was slightly uneasy as there wasn’t markings outside of the lodge, during peak or busy summer times, if all the rooms are occupied, be prepared that the parking space outside he property will all be occupied too. Driving into the lodge was a long 80km/h road……

“A perfect stop on our mountain road trip! The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful little touches made our stay feel extra special. The peaceful riverside setting was stunning—we loved watching both the sunset and the sunrise from the property. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge before continuing our journey. We’d happily stay here again!”

“I had a third floor room and the elevator quit working after I arrived. Having bad knees and using a cane, this was a major inconvenience. Staff started looking for a room on ground floor the next morning and found one. Staff was very helpful in moving my luggage. Settling in to the ground floor room, I find that the bathroom fan is rattling loudly and unable to use. The staff said that they have no idea when parts were coming for the fan or the elevator. I was disappointed with my stay here.”

“We had a wonderful experience. We asked for a bedding change, and she took care of it quickly, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great, and we really liked that it was available throughout the day. The location was also excellent—nestled in the woods, it was peaceful and beautiful. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!”
