“Thoroughly enjoyed it!”

“Everyone was very pleasant, room was clean, grounds were clean. Breakfast areas clean, breakfast was well stacked and fresh, staff attentive and constantly cleaning, which was quite remarkable. Fire Pit was lovely and relaxing. The only disconnect was the upgrade fee disclosed to me @ check in approximated over $30 something, but upon check out, & getting receipt, the upgrade was approx $67 for oceanfront view..gorgeous view, nonetheless.”

“This place was adorable and perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to catch the sunrise each morning with a short walk across the street. The area of beach across the street was never busy, and there is a surf shop half a block away. We will be coming back.”

“The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay……

“We picked this place for our quick family getaway to see the Kennedy Space Center. The area is great with restaurants and the beach in walking distance (good for watching a 5:15 am rocket launch!). The condo was clean and having the beach chairs and towels accessible was a huge bonus.”

“We had a great visit to the Diplomat. The unit is as advertised and the ocean view is even better than the pictures. The Diplomat is away from the noisy pier area but across the street from a Publix. We had a wonderful dinner at Florida”

“We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise ship and absolutely loved it! We were able to walk on the beach and it’s so close to the terminal we were able to watch the cruise ships leave port. Highly recommend! Check-in was super easy and upon booking, I had immediate information and instructions on checking in, codes, time, etc. I will definitely be booking this cute place again!”

“Loved that we could see the water when looking out the windows. It was very close to our event venue, which was a huge plus and Great restaurants were right around the corner! The only suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror. Having 3 people get ready at the same time, all using the bathroom mirror was not fun! Otherwise, we loved it and would book again”

“Way better than most local hotel's. This property was clean, comfortable, lots of space compared to a hotel and best of all cheaper than most hotels where you would pay more and get less. Anytime im in this area i will definitely book this place again.”
