“The house and property was nice and comfortable and suited our needs but there were a few issues. Main issue was it’s not being cleaned adequately. Had to immediately wash throw rugs and everyone’s feet turned black from the floors. The foldout couch is horrible and should be replaced. And only four bath towels for four adults and two children staying three days. Fortunately there were beach towels.”

“Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. ”

“The beach was very close! Very clean house and the garage ping pong was a lot of fun! Kids also enjoyed the swing set outside. Some dishwasher pods, laundry pods, sponge, plenty of toilet paper, and paper towels were provided. A few suggestions would be updated king bed and twin bed sheets. We felt we were sleeping on sand because of all the pills on the sheets. The fitted sheets were not enjoyable to sleep on. Also the twin beds were squeaky and may need new mattresses/beds in the near future.……

“The Property needs some remodeling; looks worn and aged. Even though the location is great, there are some issues like the shower of the main bathroom was blocked, no wine glasses.The check out time at 10:00 AM is too early; I asked the owner for a 12:0 check-out and he pretended to charge me 40 for that”
