This 1/2 of a duplex in the up-and-coming Franklinton neighborhood is perfectly located for people on short-term assignments in Columbus. Less than minutes from I-71, I-70, I-670, and OH-315, this cozy home away from home gives you easy access to all of Columbus and the surrounding areas.
A complete renovation was completed in 2024, giving you the feel of a new home in the oldest neighborhood in Columbus.
The house features two bedrooms upstairs that share a hallway full bathroom, a spacious living room, a dining room with seating for eight and attached half bath, and a full kitchen with electric range.
There is off-street parking for one car and ample on-street parking, as well.

Please note: The staircase up to the bedrooms is very steep and not suitable for those with mobility or balance concerns, and not ideal for unsupervised children.
