“This historic property oozes charm. All the mechanicals worked perfectly, i.e., plumbing, hot water (plentiful); showers ( indoor and outdoor); electrical; and air conditioning. Although we had some of the hottest temps of the year, the AC on both the 1st and 2nd floors was outstanding! The host was incredibly quick to respond and rescued us within minutes when we locked ourselves out.The home was spotless and retains the character one might wish for in a 1770s home while providing the……

“What a unique location! Henry has done an amazing job of creating this wonderful habitat for lavender to grow, but also has livestock! We were constantly watching nature at work and taking in the beautiful sounds all around us. And Lauren the chef, who we hired for hubby’s bday dinner, was lovely, fun, and cooked an amazing 3 course meal with lavender. Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
