「For a family of five this apartment was perfect. Great restaurants nearby, on-street parking, and a major subway hub a block away. Having two bathrooms probably saved us an hour of time every day since we were traveling with three teens. I’ve never felt this relaxed visiting the city before and this apartment was a big part of that.」

「great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. 」

「This is a beautiful property! Comfortable, clean, and great communication with the host. Our family of 4 had room to spread out, and everyone commented on how comfortable the condo was. It was wonderful to be in a quiet section of town after spending each day being tourists in the city. The only downside was due to poor planning on our part - we didn’t figure out public transport early enough in our stay, and spent quite a bit of money using Uber to get into NYC the first few days. 「This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. 「Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! 」

「Great communication with the owner. Location is 2 blocks from the light rail station and right next to Miss America Diner for an amazing breakfast and atmosphere. I loved my stay. 」

「Perfect location for our family of 5! Quick uber to Journal Square to get to NYC via PATH train. Also easy to get to MetLife stadium. All the comforts of home and very clean/new. Kids had a blast with game room in basement. Thank you for your great attention to detail and communication!」
