“I booked this hotel for its location and that is fantastic. Right in Midtown and very close to Piedmont Park. The hotel is very pretty and the room was great. Spacious, nice view, comfortable bed. The bathroom didn’t have a vent so it was humid and mirror fogged over after each shower. The hotel is a party place, at least on weekends which was when we were there. When we can back Friday and Saturday night the music was loud as any club I’ve been to. You couldn’t hear it from the room, but……

“Spacious bright room, very comfortable beds, modern bathroom ( no shower gel provided) Room not cleaned daily and it required repeated requests and finally a polite conversation with the duty manager before it was cleaned on the 3rd day. Some staff need to improve their customer service skills but the managers wonderful attitude did a lot to repair my opinion of this hotel. ”

“We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. The room was very clean and I never felt like my daughters couldn’t walk around the room freely. I do however wish that the room had a functional fridge and a……
