庫克縣服務式住宅

「Good 」

「Hot water only lasted for 10 mins each shower. No one available for immediate after hours services (i.e need new blanket sets), and the adjacent parking garage was closed…so guest had to walk a considerable distance to get to our vehicles AND pay very high one way parking fees every-night. It would have been perfect without those issues however.」

「我們是家族旅行訂」

「I came for a business trip it didn’t have iron board and iron box. All they have is steam iron and barely works. I hope they fix it. But I ruined my experience」

「房間用品很完整、餐盤都很乾淨，床很好睡」

「Clean room」

「Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is...

「Beautifully placed penthouse in the heart of it all. Everything was great! Had 1 concern (tv remote issue) and the host fixed the issue immediately. Beds comfy, nice furniture and all the accessories. The rooftop was the star of the show though! Kids loved it and the adults spent both nights after the kids went to bed talking under the city lights. Safe area and close to the train.」

「Nice, big apartment with everything you need to travel as a family.」

「The property is right around the corner from the Chicago-Missisipi station of the Blue Line, an hour's ride from O' Hare. The unit was just large enough for two, had the appliances for cooking in but the room was dated, definitely could use freshening up.」

「Clean, easy to check in, all the household items you’d expect」

「My husband stayed here with some college buddies (he doesn't write reviews; this is what he told me). This is a centrally located apartment a couple of miles from downtown, walking distance to the train and several restaurants and shopping. They loved the place, the minimalistic decor and comfort. There is a noise restriction with a decibal meter in the unit, but fortunately they are long past the days when that mattered. They had a wonderful time visiting Chicago, going to concerts, doing...

「First of all, the property has the potential to be beautiful. Conveniently located downtown. But there are issues. The place is dirty. Disgustingly dirty. My girlfriend found mold in the master bathroom, both under the toilet seat and on the shower heads. This needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The towels were stained. We found hair in our bed before we even got in the bed. Gross. The rooftop terrace is dangerous and should not be accessible to guests. The wood planking is warped and has holes in...
