“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is……

“Múltiple things not working like TVs. Host controlled the AC and continuously turned it off when we were away so it was very hot when we came back and during the night, even after multiple requests to stop doing so. Host was also dismissive and not flexible”

“Great location for exploring the city-right on the blue line and right across from a small theater if you like plays! If you want something peaceful for relaxing, it’s not ideal. It’s right next to a fire station and near an expressway with frequent car honking. The walls are very thin-you can hear everything from your neighbors. I also don’t like that there’s no reliable luggage storage. But having a kitchen and fridge was great-I could eat some healthier meals. Overall I don’t regret choosing……

“Apartment 102 has large bathroom, a washer-dryer, and microwave oven. Very close to "Chicago" station - though no lift/elevator to street level ie carry bags up stairs. Major concern for apartments facing road is security light that shines through blinds all night - as bright as daylight in main room! Consider sleeping in bathroom, if you want any sleep from street noise and light.”
