“Our stay was SUPERB! The facility was ALWAYS immaculate, the room was spacious and well adorned. LOVED that it was eco-friendly and let’s not forget THE VIEW. It was hands down THE BEST view on the island which could be enjoyed from the room’s balcony or while lying in bed. The staff worked tirelessly to remove all seaweed from the sand each day so that guests could enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters of the tranquil beach . “Hotel was beautiful, clean, and the white sand beach was absolutely gorgeous. Staff very attentive and friendly. The daily breakfast was AMAZING. However, it took them a long time to forward extra blankets, and replace TV remote. This was due to short staff. Overall, I will definitely return to this property, EXCELLENT OVER ALL.”

“We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. “The property is beautiful! It gives a true sense of being in the Caribbean. The grounds were full of beautiful well maintained trees and flowers. The restaurant is delicious! Get the full formed red snapper. The room was very spacious. Loved the fact there was a washer and dryer which allowed me to wash my clothes before i left. The property sits in the beach and is in walking distance from major beach entrance and restaurants.”

“This hotel was absolutely breath-taking. As soon as we checked in, my girlfriend and I loved our room and the amazing pool and ocean view that came with it. The pool was only a few steps away from our front patio, which was really convenient. After visiting Grace Bay beach (about a 10 min drive away), we realized that we loved how more subdued our hotel was compared to the resorts from the Grace Bay area. La Vista Azul is not as packed as other spots, which we absolutely appreciated. The bed was……

“I felt that I should have been compensated for the elevator being out of order for the week. I was using a cane so a challenge every day for the steps.”

“Let me first say that this is a moderate resort. Not a five star hotel or a crappy motel, somewhere in between. That being said I found the resort to be acceptable and fill basic needs. The rooms were small but clean. Hot water was not always available. Getting fresh towels and room cleaning done was a bit of a challenge. Continental breakfast was pretty much the same every day. Parts of the resort were a little dated and needed repair. However if you are looking for an affordable place……
