"Small rooms but good for the stay and price. Good location. Need to book with private bathroom or else you have the shared ones. No visitors after 10 pm. After 10 pm you need a proof of stay to get back inside."

"Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was clean and very quiet which was surprising considering where hotel is located. We ate dinner at Moxies (delicious) and then walked over to Rogers Arena for a concert. Checking out was super quick and easy. I did deduct one star from the review and that is because of the elevators and the Parkade. There are two small elevators that are VERY slow. Now I understand that we were there during a very busy time but due to my disability I needed the elevator and sometimes you'd wait a loooong time. Also the elevator opens up directly into Moxies and there was a big line up to get in so trying to navigate elevator was awful. Also the parkade was dark, full of cobwebs and caution tape was up all around.... Not the most inviting. I will definitely stay here again (when I am able to use stairs again😂)."

"One elevator was out of service and the escalator smelled like hydraulic fluid, from the 3rd floor to the lobby. The place is due for a refresh, furniture is dated and our room looked a little tired. It doesn't help that the price doubled because of the marathon that was going on that day. Coffee was spilled in the one functioning elevator and it wasn't dealt with right away. It is too bad, because the location is great. We needed to catch a cruise the next day so great place to catch the train into town. So, disappointed and I don't think we'll stay there again."

"As senior citizens, we found it incredibly difficult and physically exhausting to climb the stairs, as there was no Elevator (lift) available at the premises. ​Furthermore, considering the high Rental Charges, the lack of such a basic and essential facility is unacceptable. We expected better accessibility and value for the price we paid."

"This hotel can be summed up in a word. That word is adequate. The room is one you can sleep in but things do feel a bit constrained with the amount of space you have in the bedroom. The bathroom is adequate enough to use but don't expect to be comfortable in there if you are having a bath or shower. Oh yes. And the toilet was so tiny and low to the ground that it felt like I was using a daycare toilet. So.....adequate, but not comfortable."
