"The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best because the staff made their own fresh salsa to go with the eggs. They also had fresh ice water with either lemons or limes available all day. This was a nice touch. The room was clean, but it is clear that an animal had done their business on some of the wallpaper. The cleaning staff are diligent and hard working to keep the place as spotless as possible. The laundry facility was nice, very affordable and convenient."

"This is a great house in a very nice neighborhood in Fort Collins. The host was very responsive to our needs, including when I had to extend because of a medical situation. The kitchen was very well equipped. Use of the neighborhood swimming pools was a nice addition. We look forward to staying here again in the future, with our little dog."

"we stayed at the super eight hotel in Fort Collins two nights. The young man at the desk when we checked in was very nice very helpful. The hotel is not brand new. we didn’t expect perfection. But, The room was clean. The beds were clean. There were no bugs. The toilet worked. The shower worked , the breakfast was better than some. It had real fruit, prepackaged, pastries, yogurt and waffles! Coffee and juice.We felt safe. A lot of hotels do not have housekeeping come in during your stay if you’re staying more than one night we were very surprised pleasantly to know that the housekeeping did come in while we were out and gave clean towels, New soaps, made the beds took out the trash. We would stay there again. It was a basic hotel. It was better than lots of places we stayed.."

"This hotel had nothing special, but good people and good location to several nearby restaurants (Hacienda Real was good for us). The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was essentially waffle maker or cereal. If you want nicer amenities, a bigger breakfast, or more to do in a hotel this is not the place for you. If you are simply looking for a more affordable hotel to sleep in this is a good spot. For my travel purposes, I would have no issue staying there again in the future."

"This was a fabulous place. My whole family totally enjoyed staying here. It was so comfortable and spacious for our group of 5. We were even able to host the rest of our group (6 more) for dinner. So much room inside and out. I highly recommend this to anyone. Communication was great and smooth and timely just as we needed it. We want to come back soon to see family and will be looking for this one! Well done."
