「We loved the condo. It was large and gave the 7 of us room to stretch out (as opposed to a hotel room) We were a short walking distance to the Mariott and probably was closer to the beach and amenities than if we stayed in the hotel. We liked the fact the condo wasn't too fancy as we had little kids and didn't have to worry about anything. It also had parking included. Fort Lauderdale is a difficult city to find parking. We had a great time.」

「What a beautiful place!!! So clean, beyond roomy, beautiful decor. Loved that we could use the Marriott beach Harbor Resort and receive 20% off of everything. It’s such a close walk. Can always get a Uber or lift in just 1 to 3 min… Just loved the owner Dolly!」

「Property is privately owned in a high end resort hotel. The unit is beautiful but certainly not up to the standards of the hotel as far as cleanliness. Mold, broken fixtures, stained carpet.. etc. Five days before the end of our two week stay we were told the owner sold the unit. The hotel expected us to pay them a daily rate on top of our paid reservation or leave. We were unable to reach the owner, but VRBO tried to intervene. 「The unit had plenty of space and a lovely view. Kitchen worked well, although it could use more pots/pans if you plan on cooking meals there over a longer stay. Some reviews have complained about the elevators, but only once did we have a long wait around 10:30 in the morning. The beach was very crowded but that was to be expected around spring break time. The pool area was nice, but was also crowded on a nice day and it could be hard to find a spot. The building seemed pretty secure. You need...

「The property was conviently located to the beach, dining, and shopping. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The property does look in need of some upkeeping. At first glance, our room appeared clean but, when looking closely, it was dirty. Doors were filthy. Kitchen was dirty. The gym was really nice. It was open 24 hours which is rare at resorts. Overall, we would stay at the Hilton Beach Resort again. Just wish cleanliness would improve. 」
