「Arrived to a stone cold hot tub and was told it may not be warm until lunch time the following day. Also, the dog friendly lodge was not do friendly as we could not leave the dog on the decking without being on a lead as there was no fence to prevent them running away. 」

「Great Caravan however located poorly on the side of a hill so poor access and no parking beside accommodation. Unfortunately very windly two days of stay. Facilities poor due to on going maintenance. Onsite Caravan Storm damage not addressed during visit. Very hilly site at the front entrance where the accommodation was not good for disabled people. 「The Lodge was clean and presented well. However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms. Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink. However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working. We extended our stay as well.」

「We were off peak so the restaurant wasn’t open all of the week but if it had been open it would’ve been good to have it open at eight or half past so we could make more of the day. The stay was excellent and good value for money 」

「The park is OK. The house we stayed it was very clean and tidy but very minimally decorated and a bit outdated. The price we paid was definitely reflected in the standard received. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the park itself or the house we stayed at, it is just very minimalistic. The pool was a good addition to our day, it is managed well with the booking system. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.」
