“We needed a place to stay for a local volleyball tournament at the Knoxville Convention center, which was 15 minutes away, and an all day event. So essentially we just needed a place to prepare breakfast and in the evening decompress, cook dinner, and relax until again next day of more volleyball. Only issue we faced was the Internet was pretty slow. The amenities list it a 50+ Mbps but being in IT as a profession I rebooted equipment and retested a few times on speediest websites and could not……

“The view was amazing! Our kids loved roaming the property and playing. Property is close to Whitman's marina where we rented a boat.. The sunrises on front porch and sunset in the back were bonus. The back porch does get hot in the late afternoon but retreat to the feont porch keeps you cool. We had a nice breeze each day. Would recommend and one of our favorite places for our multi generation Labor Day extnded weekend. Saturday night there were fireworks over the lake to end the day.”

“The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!”

“Absolutely the BEST Glamping experience one could ask for! High quality tent, beautiful site, clean and perfectly decorated. Truly, all you need is a backpack of clothes and a few groceries! Host Adrian has thought of it all! Hot shower, gas stove, bbq grill, firewood, kayak, lanterns, fridge and cooler, amazing fire pit, pots/pans, etc!! Adrian is kind, extremely knowledgeable and such an amazing host!! Communication is perfect and his property is spotless! A great deal of time, money, energy……

“We are from Kentucky and we had a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville convention center. Me and another parent wanted to bring our other kids also to have a little get away. So getting the cabin and splitting was the cheapest, best thing we could have done. All the kids had fun in the basement with all the games,pool, hot tub. Grilled out and watched the Kentucky derby and just over all relaxed and enjoyed the weekend.”
