“The entire experience was awkward. We had to contact the front desk, and awaited for directions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD WHILE BEING IN COSTA RICA... WAS NON-EXISTENT. The place smelled moist and probably I would give it more stars if the place had good blinds but everybody could see inside our appt. No privacy at all. “Our stay in the treehouse was absolutely one of a kind!What a truly unique experience in the jungle. We loved waking up each morning to the howler monkeys putting on their show right in front of us in the trees. We watched a sloth for several days as well as did some hiking. The fresh fruit that Tom and Hadas left for us was such a thoughtful touch. Tom met us the night we arrived and was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. “Absolutely fantastic experience! The private patio overlooking Playa Ocotal is so spacious, and there is always a breeze. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys in the hills and various birds calling all day. The air conditioned tent keeps you cool at night but you could easily not use ac and let the breeze come through the mesh screens. The host is super responsive if you have questions or need anything. Feel like you are isolated, no annoying people or crying children, but good restaurants and……

“Beautiful space , private & secure, immaculately kept, spotless and you can see the pride/love the owners have in their property. We were welcomed with the warmest greeting, fresh cut flowers thoughtfully placed throughout the condo, it was so clean and smelt amazing. The host was wonderful and made sure anything and everything we needed was taken of, the backyard was awesome , fresh fruit that you were allowed to pick, there was countless wildlife we seen all from sitting on the top deck.
