「The staff were excellent and super accommodating, the rooms were great and the location is optimal for a few days in Beaune on business.」

The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided.
