Courlis CendrĂ© "FĂŒr den Preis und anhand der Fotos haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. 🙂 Die Lage war wirklich gut - am Ă€ußeren Rande in einer anderen Ferienanlage, welche allerdings keinerlei Nutzung der Freizeit- und Serviceangebote erlaubt. HafennĂ€he und StrandnĂ€he wie angegeben (500m Luftlinie). Der Ort ist sehr schön, auch wenn der typische modrige Geruch bei Ebbe ĂŒberall im Ort wahrnehmbar ist. 🙁 Entfernung und dadurch Fußweg zum Parkplatz relativ weit. Direkt am Haus ist parken nicht möglich - auch nicht zum Aus-/Einladen, da man gar nicht mit dem Auto vorhin kommt. Die HaustĂŒr ist sehr dĂŒnn - das Schloss sehr unterdimensioniert und dadurch unsicher. Insgesamt ist der Zustand des Hauses renovierungsbedĂŒrftig und die Ausstattung entsprechend abgewohnt. Platz zu viert (davon 2 Kinder) geradeso ausreichend. Das Wohnzimmer eher ungemĂŒtlich und lĂ€d nicht zum Verweilen ein. Terrasse mit Plastikmöbeln, nutzlosem Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn und ungepflegter GrĂŒnanlage. Die Betten sind fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene zu klein (140cm). Die KĂŒche hat keinen Backofen und es gibt keine Waschmaschine im Haus, dies wurde zwar auch nicht versprochen und fließt deshalb nicht in die Bewertung ein - sollte aber bedacht werden."

Courlis Cendré "il y a eu des problÚmes à l'arrivée : - annonce avec accÚs wifi, mais en fait non. - 2 alÚses sales non remplacées - 2 baguettes de pain moisi dans un placard cuisine - 1 couche sale dans la poubelle. Bien qu'à mon écoute, la conciergerie sur place n'était pas en mesure de régler ces problÚmes d'hygiÚne. l'échange avec la société de loc ne s'est fait que par mail. je n'avais pas le leur, par contre ils avaient le mien. AprÚs mail de réclamations faits par la conciergerie et par mes soins, l'agence de location Cocooner P&R s'est excusée et a fait un geste commercial conséquent en m'accordant un dédommagement financier trÚs correct. ils se sont engagés à prendre en compte cette expérience. Ils ont donc réagi de maniÚre positive et courtoise. Dernier point : le logement se trouve dans une résidence Pierre et vacances, mais ce n'est pas eux qui gÚrent l'appartement et nous n'avons pas accÚs aux prestations P&V (piscine...) il faut le savoir car l'annonce est un peu opaque sur ce point."

Courlis CendrĂ© "Nous sommes partis Ă  5 1 bĂ©bĂ© pour 4 jours. Appartement spacieux calme trĂšs agrĂ©able avec ses deux SDB (dont une avec baignoire) et sa terrasse. TrĂšs belle vu de la chambre double. Terrain de jeux pour enfant juste derriĂšre la maison. La conciergerie est extrĂȘmement efficace et Courseulles-sur-Mer offre plein d'activitĂ©s et une trĂšs belle plage Ă  5 min Ă  pied de la rĂ©sidence. TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ©-prix"
