"Clean room, comfortable space. Great location in terms of walking to old town- restaurants, shops. Not great location in terms of sleep quality- the trains sound like they are going to blast through the wall- I highly recommend packing ear plugs (or even better- the host could provide) Pack your own k cups, they have the machine but no coffee supplied. We did have difficulty with the cooling unit, but the property said they were going to have maintenance check on it- I would recommend checking this before you go to bed at night- we did not sleep as well due to this issue. Overall, enjoyed the stay."

"For starters, hotels.com sold me the same room for 200.00 more a mont earlier. I got it cheaper by canceling and re booking. The hotel was average at best. No cleaning or even towels the second day. The receptacle didn't work in bathroom. Stayed at better for half. Staff was friendly. Thats about it. Location was good."

Not to judge based on one experience, we ordered food on two separate occasions and neither lived up to expectations of finer dining we had hoped for considering the price we paid. It would have been better to have taken the free shuttle service Tennessean offered and supported another restaurant in the area. "
