“Location”

“My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.”

“Beds were super comfortable and the pool and gym were nice. Room service took more than an hour for a couple small meals, but otherwise the food was good. The staff were all very friendly. Great location as well.”

“Convenient location and stylish hotel. It is "twinned" with a Marriott at the conference center and close to highway. Young valet were quite helpful, driving us to and from our dinner restaurant and pickup when we were stuck in a pop up shower.”

“Pricey for location and amenities”

“It's a boutique hotel near downtown and bordering the campus of UT. It's new so seems to be quite nice. However, it's "valet only" for parking. When I arrived and for a couple of hours after the parking lot was absolutely jammed with cars waiting to be parked. There was one young man working the valet and he said he had started the day before. Staff was indifferent to the situation. I ended up parking in a nearby neighborhood (not recommended). A colleague had a problem with her room lock, and……

“Tough to find parking but overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Knoxville. The bar attached is an amazing place to get a late night snack and drinks and the staff is amazing there. Would definitely stay again!”

“The toilet is wobbly and unstable”

“A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges.”

“Outstanding value for money. This hotel easily beats the competition with its superior breakfast spread and a fantastic saltwater pool that stays open late. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!”
