“Very pretty, very good property.”

“The home is in a nice location with easy access to most things. The furnishings were nice and the beds comfortable. The home itself could have been better cleaned. Additionally, there was no bar soap, shampoo or coffee. Upon rereading the listing, I realized they were not listed in the amenities, so that’s on me. I’ve just never stayed where these (at least soap & shampoo) wasn’t provided. One last mention is if you are getting to the house by gps be sure to note if it is street or road. We……

“We were disappointed. It was listed as luxurious. It was dirty with lots of bugs, may have been cockroaches. Future renters should know it’s on a busy street. No kitchen towels, no wash cloths, no top sheets, no hand towels, no drinking water, no ice, no Kleenex. It just wasn’t clean nor welcoming.”

“My husband & I stayed one night with our two labradors. The backyard is spacious and the fence is secure so we were comfortable having our dogs back there without constant supervision. The owner even had a delivery made with household products when they realized the place needed a few key items (TP, towels, etc.). The host was very communicative and quick to reply with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this rental for those who are traveling with their furry friends.”

The main bedroom is dialed, the room with the trundle bed was convenient for my 2 daughters and I, plus the detached casita worked out well for my friend to have his own space. Location is the best part. Walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm originally from Aptos so being right close to all the amenities was the goal and this house checked that box. Thanks again.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and a 7 minute walk to downtown where there are restaurants and ice cream! I recommend sleeping on the sofa bed as it’s a queen. The main bed is a twin and a little small. Besides that, the place is great and super quite. Perfect for a couple or a family of 3-4. 20 minute drive to the boardwalk.”
