“All very good”

“What a lovely stay we had at Russell Retreat! The place was super clean and very cosy. The location's perfect too, close to the center of the town as well as to the station and grocery stores. Some tips: for us, the blanket for sleeping was too small. It was also not entirely clear where we could find extra towels (we were staying for a week). Pans in the kitchen were heavily used and frankly dangerous to use (PFAS). We picked the place because it has a beautiful kitchen, but bought two new pans……

“We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, which took several attempts to connect and was inconsistent. We didn’t use the pool.”

“Stunning house in perfect location with walks in every direction that seemed our own private kingdom! The raised garden at sunset was unbelievable and the friendliness of the house for our group was perfect. Kitchen had every conceivable need and was the social centre of the house. ”

“A superb cottage in a perfect location. The cottage was warm and cosy and of a perfect size for us, a family of 4. The girls loved the bunkbeds in their room and the welcome hamper was very generous from the owner. Grassington itself is a great base for this area of the Dales- good pubs and selection of shops as well and fab walks from cottage. Loved it so much have booked the cottage again for next year!”

“Lovely cosy cottage in a fab location. We loved the OS map wallpaper in the kitchen and used it to plan our walks! Bed is super comfy and the stove was great for cool evenings. Easy walking in lots of directions from the doorstep. Excellent food a stones throw away at the Old School Tearoom.It would have made 5 stars if there had been a pint of milk on arrival, and big fluffy bath sheets!”

“Dale House is a great property with all the facilities you need. Its clean and comfortable and a great venue for family and friends. Fab games room. We had a lovely stay in Feb 25 and made use of the open fire which made it feel very cosy.There are 3 pubs within walking distance (literally a few mins). We ate at the Blue Bell Inn and the food was delicious! (Would advise to book a table)We also did a lovely walk from the property, The Kettlewell circular and at the halfway point we ate at the……
