「Excellent environment, helpful staff and really enjoyable」

「Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far).」

「I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The hotel was quite old and lacked air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. Unfortunately it was my fault that I didn’t check it beforehand. There were also no power plugs near the bed, which was inconvenient for charging devices. Overall, sleeping was nearly impossible due to the heat. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant updates are made.」

「Right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales sets an idyllic location for this friendly pub/ hotel. Very friendly welcome with exceptional hospitality. The room was clean and of a good size, a very comfortable stay and the staff could not be more helpful. This property is also very pet friendly. Highly recommended 」

「Staff very friendly, room very clean. Unable to watch any tv as it was only able to receive radio channels! The member of staff on duty tried his best to help but couldn’t sort it out. No WiFi either.」

「Great apartment and location. We were at the front of the building on a Saturday night, so it was very loud until the early hours with people going to Mcdonalds (directly opposite) after their night out. This was ok for us but maybe not others.」
