“Excellent environment, helpful staff and really enjoyable”

“The setting of this hotel is beautiful. The room we had was recently renovated and was extremely comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive. We will be back to Harrogate and will definitely look to stay here again. The on-site Amber's restaurant is divine, and the food was amazing.”

“The stay was average, it was £141.00 on a Monday night for a very small room without breakfast. The person who checked me in was nice, they gave me complimentary cookie which is a nice touch. I asked if there was a robe in the room and they spoke to the person next to her on reception and said not with the room you booked I could have got one for £10 however it was non refundable. “Enjoyed stay. Better value than some other similar hotels nearby. Close to town centre. Also like to give thanks to reception staff who who very helpful, kindly charging my iPhone in their office for me when it ran out charge. ”

“We were allowed to check in before 3.00pm as we arrived early. The room was clean but very dated and the furniture was old and shabby. The room carper was threadbare in places. Shower was OK once we got it work. The whole building looked tired and in need of alot if work. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast where they were polite, attentive and very efficient. The breakfast was very good with a range of hot and cold offerings. The parking in the hotel was ideal and……
