“This was a diamond in the ruff...that needs some TLC. I'm not really sure the back story but this is a 'no frills' stay. The rooms have n o drinking water or coffee makers, instead you get a shared kitchen with refrigerator space. At first, we thought this was a little unusual but there's a store half a block away and a coffee shop next door. The room was super clean and cozy. There is A/C and good WiFi but no TV. The property is really special and this is why I give this a high score. The pool……

“We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. Always a cool breeze that helped beat the heat during……

“We enjoyed a drink on the patio, staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart from the hotel. It’s a great way to see the island. Room was clean and property was beautiful. ”

“Great location! You get a voucher for breakfast at Lorettas which is DELICIOUS and i cannot recommend enough. Beach there is gorgeous and staff is lovely. They let us check in early (yay) which was very accomodating and so kind and polite staff. Clean, comfy beds and great room. Only thing is a little bit overpriced for the room (no balcony or outside space) but besides that so good!!! ”

“If you are looking for a place with a great view, very good air conditioning, comfy bed, great food, awesome pool and super close to the ferry dock, look no further. The supplied coffee every day was a bonus. ”

“The hotel was incredible we will certainly be planning a return trip in the future. The food was absolutely incredible, particularly breakfast and lunch. The breakfast buffet is luxurious with the perfect blend of classic breakfast items, a beautiful fruit platter and classic Mexican dishes. Lunch you can order to your sun lounger or go to the restaurants. The poke bowl, pork tostones, chicken burrito and prawn tacos where some of our regulars and were always delicious. The staff were attentive……

“This has the potential to be an amazing spot. The rooms are nice with large balconies and nice amenities. However, there is music blasting every night, which can make it challenging to rest and relax. The staff were friendly and food and drinks were good. When I stayed there was a Somnia party happening - this was advertised to end at 11:30 pm, however that did not happen - music was blaring until after 1:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs in - which made it so we were too……

“Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. ”

“I loved this place. Always a hello and a smile upon arrival. Did me a huge favour on my departure day which was super helpful. AC was great. Large shower with superb water pressure. Room had a nice balcony, great for people watching. Lots of space and clean. Location is a Short walk to food, beach, the ferry terminal and groceries. And while in the heart of Centro it was also quiet at night. Absolutely my first choice if I come back.”
