“This is a quaint and nicely renovated apartment with a lovely new kitchen. It's perfectly located in the Old Market area and works nicely for a party of two. The only issue we had was upon check-in but I believe that was an automated system failure and once I was able to connect with the hosts, they were more than gracious in helping make things right for us. There is security for the elevator and stairwell requiring a key fob to access which makes you feel safer in an unfamiliar area. We used……

“Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!”

“I would have given 5 stars down the board, but I attribute lack of response to my questions to the third party booking. We also stayed for a weekend and Saturday night was difficult to fall asleep for the person sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The place itself was perfect as were the amenities. Overall, we had an incredible stay & even w/ the bars & partying below, we never felt unsafe. I would gladly stay here again!”

“Great location. To get to the apartment you have to go up a steep set of stairs. The apartment is above a van rental shop. There is a lot of traffic but was not a problem for us. The apartment could use a deep clean but was overall clean. There were hardly any linens we could find but we made due. Communication with managers was excellent.”

“This apartment was exactly as listed and by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. It is very cute - small, but cozy and exactly as pictured. The beds and couches were so comfortable. They even had guest sheets of recommended things to do and places to eat. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We only had one bad experience that I wish I didn’t have to mention and I hope is just a fluke, but we had an early morning (5am) and my daughter said she felt someone following her while……

“Lindy was so thoughtful with all the little touches during our stay. We were celebrating 2 big birthdays and the size and layout of this house was just perfect! My husband is skeptical of home rentals but was so impressed with this one- especially the location! We played yard games outside and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. It was a wonderful weekend!!!
