「The staff and the view was amazing. The rooms are nicely sized but the towels and the sheets were not as clean as i would like and they had construction starting at 6am during our stay that no one warned us about.」

「We had a lovely night’s stay at the Matterhorn. The property is in good repair. Our room was large and very comfortable—great bed, lovely balcony, incredible view of the pink rocks. 「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「Gorgeous view! We walked from the hotel to the scenic view road stop for Bell Rock. We did not hike the trails, but the Wildflower Inn would be perfect for anyone who wanted to hike. This area is quieter than Sedona proper, yet had wonderful restaurants close by. Coffee in the hotel room was great - even the decaf! Staff was friendly and accommodating.
