「Room was clean and tidy, only downside was that there was no wardrobe nor chest of drawers. 」

「Comfy room, generous towels. Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. 「Lots of parking 」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「Accommodation was satisfactory but the noise from other residents throughout the night was awful. In our room on the ground floor, you could hear every footstep and every word - the walls were paper thin. 」

「I felt comfortable soon has i walked in staff where lovely, the only thing was they had a power cut for 12 hours and it was pitch black in the bedroom i know its not there fault but i have a walking disability which i try to keep to my self. But other than that i have had a fantastic stay.」

「This is an affordable hotel for a family short stay, clean, appears to be recently refurbished, located in a muslim neighbourhood near a mosque not far from the city centre. Friendly staff. It doesn't have a parking place but they gave us a spot to leave our car overnight. It is good in general if you are looking for a cheap family room for a night or two.」

「I can honestly say everything was perfect with the room, it was beautiful, clean, all the amenities you needed was there, front of house was well mannered and polite when we arrived. I had requested for room to be decorated alittle special as it was our anniversary, and my request was granted so if you do want to stay somewhere and make it special always ask they are happy to help. Only one slight problem with the room is the noise level from other rooms, you were able to hear walking around,...

「The hotel is very dated and needs decorating. Our shower hardly worked as the water just dripped out. The bed was comfy and the bedding and towels were lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The downstairs bars were cluttered with things and needed a good clear out, this made it not very inviting to have a drink. The hotel is in an ideal place in the centre of town which was ideal for what we wanted. 」
