“If you want to stay in a quiet yet comfortable place, this is for you! It's right across the street from the beach, so no car needed, bar and restaurant is literally a 3 to 4 minutes walk, so all of the party noise is far enough to not disturb you. The price is super reasonable and the view is amazing 😍”

“This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. The convenience of the location to the beach resturants,ice cream, coffee can't beat it. The common area is well maintained.The property manager called to check in. Beach chairs,umbrella towels all provided. The kitchenette was nicely……

“We love walking the beach and this location was perfect for that. Never had visited St Pete’s Beach until this stay. Made sure each day that we were walking the beach before 9 am to avoid the tattoo crowd. St Pete’s Beach is pretty tickey tack and commercial but the beach is beautiful in the morning. Access to the beach from this condo was easy. Go to Ft DeSoto Park for more pristine nature.”

“What a perfect location to stay, walking distance to the Beach and Many bars and restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 and the pool was just a short walk around the building. Only short fall was the CATV was extremely slow and difficult to search due to the speed.”
