“The location of this property is ideal as it is in a quieter section of the island, but close enough to walk to Pier 60 and that area. Sand Key Park and Beach is also walkable via a vigorous hike over the bridge. There are some great restaurants nearby; I highly recommend Cesare's which is exactly one block away. Having a dedicated parking spot with the unit is a big plus. The unit itself was clean but showing some wear in the fixtures. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The balcony is……

“We had a wonderful time. Very short walk to the beach. The location can not be beat. Cute cottages. We stayed in one and a friend stayed in another. The kiddos were safely running between. They are very nice old cottages. Cant beat the location. Capt. AL always responded. Thank you! We had a great time.”

“Great location to the beach with an amazing bed. The only issue is the mold or mildew smell and it is overwhelming. They have an air purifying machine but this mildew smell gets into all of your belongings. We have had to was everything. Otherwise it is a GREAT location. Hopefully they can try to fix this issue and it would be perfect.”

“The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.”

“The hotel is in an amazing location to walk around. The view was beautiful!! Justin our outside bartender & Noah at the front desk made us feel so welcomed with amazing service. Breakfast was the only thing I wasn’t impressed with for what you pay to stay there. Overall we will go back!!!!! ”
