“Eaxh room had a different theme”

“Great neighborhood. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Fairly quiet. As one who has allergies, I was slightly disappointed with not being able to use the ceiling fan. The blades were covered in dust, and I couldn't reach them to clean. Should be cleaned/wiped periodically. Also, there is a need for exterminator services. Seems like the apartment is running on "auto-pilot" with basic cleaning being done between customers but without the deep cleaning necessary that should be done……

“We recently stayed at a Vrbo weekend rental and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The rental had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. “The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. We didn’t see a single person using any of the common spaces on our floor 3 or the main lobby floor and it seems the building is largely empty of permanent tenants. There is……

“Very communicative. The TV was a little higher than I thought but outside of that I would definitely book again.”

“I found the apartment to be fantastic. The security is great two codes to get in one at the main entry door and one into the apartment. The bathroom was great note you have to wait a little while for hot water but that’s just down to pipes. Living room nice and big with the mounted TV. Bedroom the bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Location ideal to subways. Also you have a target convenience store and a great bar “Drinkers bar” located a minute or two walk. “There is an area between the kitchen and bedrooms that I kept loosing my step and would almost fall, not realizing there was a lower step. This is very dangerous and a bad accident or injury waiting to happen. Separate the step with a color demarcation. The floor as is blends in with step.”

“Very cute, well appointed apartment in the University area of Philadelphia. The host was very responsive and kind. An issue happened out of anyone's control and we had to vacate the property before the end of our rental term. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in the transition and made everything right. She has several properties in the area. I highly recommend.”

“The space is bigger than I expected from the pictures. It's at ground level, right next to the door to the building, so minimal steps to get in. But you can hear people coming and going through the door. You can also hear the people in the unit above walking around, and every word of conversation in the room immediately about the bedroom. There is a beautiful leaded glass window in the living room, but the only window that opens is in the bathroom. That window opens into an alley, so the whole……

“This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!”

“We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well……

“Great spacious apartment , good value and good communication. Was a little noisy a couple of times hearing other app’ TV / chatting and facing the road outside but minimal. Some areas of the apartment could be improved , touch up of the paint , shower tap needs tightening, but overall very well presented and good amenities such as TV with streaming services. Front reception staff also very helpful. ”

“We were in town for a concert. After the concert we were able to come back and have drinks at the bar and hang out, not having to go anywhere else. Good staff and very convenient for us.”
