“when we checked in on the first day, we had to request hairdryer and boiler from the front desk. No shampoo in the bathroom until the 3rd day, due to the miss-communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Very cold air conditioner, but very quiet during evening. Nice porch and good breakfast.”

“Very modern and well decorated venue . The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly with a relaxed attitude as the day we needed to check out we could use the facilities and towels for the day. We had a lovely cooked Thai evening meal when we arrived . There were a couple of places nearby to eat and there was a ten minute walk to the beach by walking over the road . We liked the location and would revisit again in the future ”

“We come here for the celebration of our honeymoon, and quite surprising that the resort have upgraded our room with lovely decoration which make us have a memorable holiday. “Enjoyed our 2 nights at Poolsawat. Room had a great view of the beach and pool. Beach felt quite private also. Staff were friendly. Water provided in the fridge. Transfers also available but a little pricey. Lots of road noise depending on which room you have. “去了蘇梅島已經有五次，今次住的酒店是最好的，早餐豐富，酒店員工有禮貌，服務好，剛好酒店隔壁的夜店有party，我們全部人玩得盡興，另外推薦酒店的spa ，價錢不貴，服務到位，酒店附近有不少食店，價錢平宜，特別推介一間在familymart門口的泰式河粉，味道不錯，唯一的缺點，是蘇梅島要面對的，就是水母的問題，我到沙灘裏游泳的時候，有點比針刺的感覺，希望當局能解決這個問題，不要浪費這樣美麗島嶼，之後會有第六次、或更多次到蘇梅島旅遊。”
