“LOCATION was great, right on the water in Grand Case, steps form a nice, roomy beach. Good snorkeling right in front of the house. On restaurant row so the food and drink is amazing everywhere. Close to Orient Beach and that was fun. Shopping and dining in Marigot was great, prices were actually decent. Buy beer and wine and alcohol at the little stores in Grand Case, they sell it cheap and one dollar = one euro!!! (This does not apply at restaurants). Best restaurants were Grand Case Beach Club……

“This was our first time in St. Martin. I fell in love with the pictures of this unit. The pictures cannot capture how wonderful this place is. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. But the VIEW!!!! Oh my gosh!!! The view from the balcony and the private terrace cannot be described!!!! Absolutely breathtaking!!!! The pools were fantastic. Our own private beach! “This property was perfect for us 2 couples! Pools and property were beautiful & maintained well and the location is perfect. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even a grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella ect.”
