“Everything was super clean and nice. The only issue was that I didn’t expect the room to have no electrical outlets near the bed or the couch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.”

“The elevator was out of service claiming 2 set of stairs with suitcases not fun Ac took to long to cool room .. room was hot when we checked in . try use phone inside room to call front desk phone is not working had to walk back down 2 set of stairs just for a extra towel”

“The Murphy bed was uncomfortable it caused back ache pains. The airco in the living room wasn't working it ws hot we called maintenance he tried however it was not fixable in the night he said we had to wait until morning and we were already schedules to check out so that did not go well from the first night we encounter hot living room we thought it would be cool by evening and it wss too late to call to fix it. The tv had another issue the eminence person was abke ti fix that. The building ws……

“Just an amazing experience. it was our Sonesta property since our honeymoon 36 years ago in Bermuda. We spent 3 nights/4 days of sunshine rest and relaxation celebrating a birthday and retirement.
