“The staff was very attentive to our needs. My wife received oxygen as soon as she arrive due to the altitude sickness. Providing a schedule for spa time outside of the office hours was handled well by the concierge. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!”

“The Andean Palace has an amazing group of staff who respond right away on Whatsapp. Their attention was directed towards guests. For the price the hotel does the job. The bathroom is very small, uneven water temperatures, and some old flooring. There are not many lights at the hotel so it is rather dark at night especially coming back from tours.
