“Excellent staff greeted us right away. We were able to grab a very nice lunch in the patio area after a long flight. Room in excellent condition. We loved the tour of hotel with an Inca show at end and tried the Pisco Sour class. Breakfast buffet cannot be beat. We went late the first day and it was quiet and leisurely. If you go early, expect more crowds. The food variety is wonderful and authentic. Harp music added to ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. “The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. There is nothing at the bottom of the shower that prevents the water leaking out of the shower so we had to build a dam of towels to……

It’s super convenient with easy access to restaurants and meeting points for different excursions and tours. The decor and ambiance feel like staying in a museum, with so much character and charm. “We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”
