「Stayed for one night for my wife’s birthday and we had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically Angeline in the spa, who was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything you want from a member of staff at your hotel. Bonnie and Ffion in the restaurant were very personable and gave us a great service. 「We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Exceptional B&B with lovely hosts and delicious breakfast, perfect setting and only a 10 minute drive to a local pub with great food and access to sugar loaf mountain. Will be staying again! 」

「Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. 」

「During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!」

「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」
