Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.”

“Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”

“We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. ”
