「The property was wonderful. It’s a little tricky to get to if you have mobility issues, so keep aware of that but since we do not, we fully intend to go again because it is so wonderful. The property is great. The host communicates well, the location is absolutely perfect for a trip to Japan. Perfect place for our family of four.」

「We walked to the apartment and the door was unlocked when we got there. When we walked inside the place had splatter marks all over the walls. The bedrooms looked completely bare except for a thin sheet like cover over the beds. It was the worst looking place I have ever seen. We were forced to stay at a hotel because this place was unacceptable. We reached out to the host to tell them we did not feel safe since the door had been unlocked. We never heard from them. 「The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The property had more than enough space for our family of 6. Breakfast was brought to us in the morning which was extremely convenient. The concierge was friendly and knowledgeable. Want to stay here again in the future!」
