"The VIP lounge and the convenience of being connected to the mall was fabulous! It would have been nice to have access to the pool but it was under maintenance at the time of our visit."

"I was charged a smoking fee and it was removed. Hear me out now, this experience was Unacceptable, wrong, and unprofessional. considering I DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM, I WENT OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT. The failure to inform me of the $400 attempted fee for something I did NOT do (even though it was removed) is disrespectful. A simple phone call and apology would have been the least you could do instead of not communicating with me at all. "

"The staff at the Royal Sonesta was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the decor was so fun. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the cocktails. Parking was a breeze. The location was great....within walking distance to the Orpheum and many great restaurants and fun places to grab a drink. I'll definitely stay here again. "

"Pool was closed after booking so was disappointing. However they paid for our parking to offer some compensation and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious and like a suite. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The lobby bar could have been open a little later for when we returned from baseball game but we ordered food to room. Warning : parking under ground is very very tight and was difficult with a normal size truck. No extended box or wide. We would stay here again."
