“The dining room chandelier has 4 burned out bulbs, none of the downstairs outlets function. The powder bath outlets do not operate. The floors were littered with crumbs and hair. The guest bed had crumbs u see the cover. The refrigerator was dirty and had items from the last visitor. There was hair in the hot tub. The couch had a child’s sock and granola bar rapper in it. There is no was that this was cleaned or checked before our arrival. You stated that no one was there this week, so it was……

“This property, was as it was listed. However, this place is in need of major maintenance, the pictures on the listing are from years ago and this home has had a rough life since. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired as well. All said, this home was clean and accommodated our needs for our trip.”

“Perfect house for large families or multi families. Nice game room upstairs and pool and hot tub outside. Furniture was cozy and decor was nice. There is an alley behind the house with a gate for parking. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Looks like some updates are still needed but nothing that ruined our stay. We would stay again.”

“Photos match the location. At first it was hot on the second floor until we noticed there is a thermostat for the upstairs separate. After we adjusted that it was very comfortable. Didn’t spend too much time at the home during the day, we had activities planned. The area was quiet, no loud neighbors and easy to get in and out of safely. Host was very responsive.”

“This house is in a well groomed neighborhood. We enjoyed our short time in Dallas, and house was close to everything. House layout was great plenty of room to sit and socialize in. Loved that all the TV's worked in every room. We choose this house out of several in the area because of the pool table. The pool table is not positioned properly making it very difficult to take shots due to the pool table to close to the walls. Only 1 pool cue was good enough to use. The small 3' cue that they had……

“If your concern is location to the gayborhood it was good. The priory was expensive and not thoroughly clean. The main floor toilet would not flush. The dining table saddle chairs were shaky and needed to be screwed together properly. The house was hot when we arrived but managed to cool down by midnight. There are only one towel in the master bath and four hand towels no washcloths. There was only four forks for dining. No corkscrew was available for use. There was pepper but no salt in……
