「The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.」

「Size of home and floor plan good. Enjoyed our stay but was disappointed in the condition of the home. Needs lots of repairs inside and outside. Balusters missing outside, and inside ones were bent creating dangerous situations for our grandchildren. Needs paint and window replacements. Needs a deep clean of furniture. Kayaks need to be replaced and basketball court is not operational. With some (lots) attention this could be a great property. 」

「This house is in a well groomed neighborhood. We enjoyed our short time in Dallas, and house was close to everything. House layout was great plenty of room to sit and socialize in.
