Great House, location and pool

Great location. Lovers and inwood has restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shopping etc (2 min drive). Clean house. Excellent kitchen, living space, open concept. Spacious 2nd floor. Bedrooms, TV room on 2nd floor are great. Huge master bedroom. Nice pool in backyard (clean and updated but small).

Not as expected

This property in an evolving neighborhood. The home is not well built it is all Home Depot cheap Chinese furniture. I was promised the linens were fine quality and they were not 100% cotton. The kitchen I was told was well equipped. There was no cutting board or coffee maker. The manager brought one but for the price of this home it was unacceptable. We could not sit out in the back the mosquitoes were as big as flies. Obviously they don’t spray. The neighbors two dogs bark constantly. The only positive was it was an easy drive to Highland Park. We were very disappointed.
