The Space: To meet legal and community rules, guests MUST submit a valid government-issued photo ID, verify contact info, complete our verification portal, and may need a background check. Failure to comply will lead to cancellation and denied entry.

All guests must sign a rental agreement before arrival. By booking, you agree to:
* Follow all rental terms and conditions * Provide a valid photo ID and matching credit card before check-in * Complete a background check if required by the building or property manager * No pets allowed (building restriction)
Primary guest must be at least 22 years old if from out of town, 25+ if local. Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited—violations will be reported to authorities.
Noise must be kept low at all times. Quiet hours are from 9PM–8AM daily.
Dallas has seasonal bugs. Pest control is routine, but you may still encounter pests like ants or roaches. We’ll respond promptly if notified.
Mailboxes and package deliveries are not accessible to guests.
Shared amenities (pool, gym, etc.) may be closed temporarily for cleaning or maintenance without prior notice.
We provide starter items like soap and toilet paper, but you’ll need to purchase more for longer stays.
Guest Access: You’ll have full access to your private, stylish apartment. You can also enjoy resort-style amenities including a pool, BBQ courtyard, zen garden, fitness center, and more great on-site features.
COVID-19 update: Amenities are currently open. We follow all local health guidelines, which may change, so please reach out before arrival for the latest info.
The Neighborhood: This is a newly developed property in an emerging neighborhood, with plenty of nearby grocery stores, dining options, and local attractions.
Easily accessible from US-75 for added convenience.
Getting Around: We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
