"Slightly expensive but overall good"

"When you walk in the front lobby, it smells like sewerage. The front desk people were nice. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Problems were they did not service our room, we had a queen sheet on a king bed and we asked them to change it because it popped off. The worse part was no hot tub and that is the only reason we stayed there. They blamed it on Expedia not changing it on their site. They said they would contact Expedia again. There were screaming young kids with no diapers in the pool. We had to leave it was so loud. "

"I had a very frustrating experience I booked through Expedia. I was charged $63 more at the hotel than what I was originally quoted, which is unacceptable. For that price, I could have stayed at Hilton instead. What’s even more concerning is that when I repeatedly asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear or consistent answer. This lack of transparency feels very unprofessional and, frankly, shady. I would appreciate a clear breakdown of these extra charges and an explanation for the discrepancy."

"What a gem! Clean, friendly, convenient hotel with great amenities! Plenty of parking, quick highway access, comfortable room, friendly staff - would absolutely stay again! "

"Staff were excellent and just so kind. Upon check in staff was friendly and offered water. Upon check out I went over to get three coffees for my family but had my hands full and the front desk guy (forgot his name) came over with a small box and helped pack them up for me. Just so thoughtful and helpful."
