“We had a wonderful time exploring the Baseball Hall of Fame. I would like to return and take advantage of other sites in Cooperstown and beautiful Otsego Lake. Our stay in StarField Cottage was terrific! Scott and Shoog (his dog) were welcoming and extremely friendly, and we appreciated the fact that our dog was also welcome. Although the cottage is attached to the main house, we had all the privacy we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, we lacked for nothing. Everything in the cottage was……

“This cottage is fantastic. The owner left beer, condiments, snacks and toiletries Only caution is for those who struggle with stairs. They take you to the bedroom. They are sturdy but steep and narrow. A great place!!! . ”

“Last year we loved this property and location so much that we booked it again for this year while my grandson played baseball at Cooperstown. It was a great place for the kids to unwind after their games. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding, fishing, and some hiking. The only recommendation that I would suggest is to list the fact that the property has no washer and dryer so that people would be prepared. We were prepared this year, but we struggled a little last year with minimal clothes.”

“Upon rolling into the property, it very lovely heavily wooded are. The cabin was very nice, small, but really well though out. Nice screened in deck, can sit quietly and listen for the animal russelling in the woods”

“Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent.
