“Make sure you call the hotel directly if you want to book a room with a balcony overlooking the gardens! Even though the website shows a pic of every room that says balcony looking at the gardens, the room I got looked over the parking lot and other building. The ONLY reason I picked this hotel is because I wanted to relax and enjoy the garden view. Yes you can walk around and see it but there is no shady seats and definitely not the same as being in/at your own room. Breakfast was nice.”

“Thr continental breakfast is just two types of cereal, a eggo, coffeee and aome orange or apple juice. The room was dirty and old, sheets had hair on them”

“My kids have food allergies and when I asked the breakfast attendant about ingredients in some of the items, she couldn’t tell me if they were safe or not. I asked if they had the packaging or the brand so I could look it up online and she said they don’t have that information.”

“Having stayed at this property some years ago I booked it again to visit with a family member who was hospitalized for the week. Assuming the property changed hands and the new owners obviously we’re trying to maximize profits and not only have made no improvements on the property, but it failed to do any maintenance for sometime. The carpeting is disgusting needs to be replaced. The tiles in the elevator cracked. The carpet in the room was so bad that I either kept sandals on her or socks, and……

“You have to unload your suit case in front of the hotel. Then park your car down the block in a parking garage. Then you have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. Though a courtyard where the homeless hangout, even more fun in the winter months. If you’re lucky you can share an elevator in the garage with somwho lives in it at night! And they charge you for this!!! There are better places in Ogden save your money go somewhere else.”
