“Was a good stay, we were there for a short period of time , breakfast was good Only complaint was that our room smelled bad, had to spray body spray all over to cover it up”

“This was the first time we ever staying in a room with our puppy. I know his barking upset a guest across the hall and I apologize. One thing, and I mention it, was that we killed a number of ants in the room. otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Alana Newton”

“Paid extra for a "non smoke room" just to find out they all were do my family that stayed the night was well paid way less for the night. The hotel staff couldn't help me at all with this. Also paid for a hotel work a pool just to find out that the pool was closed due to maintenance. If its maintenance maybe that shoukd have been advertised before we pay for the hotel room. Overall very disappointed that I over piad for a very mid experience and upset that miss advertised rooms are on Expedia to……

“The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?”

“I was truly disappointed that we couldn’t open windows for fresh air. I called expedia for help. According to the lady i talked too, it was showing that some rooms had windows that could open. They said NO I tried to cancel the second night but they were absolutely no help. Since i had been told by expedia that they had. King suite with a window that could open, we chose Sherwood Park but NEVER again. The hotel was clean that wasn’t an issue but the no flexibility at all was truly……

“The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never……

“This is a well maintained hotel. We have stayed several time and will continue to do so every time we come into Sherwood park. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable (not soft and saggy.). Breakfast is hot and there is a wide variety, and the bacon looks crisp and tastes crisp as well (we have stayed at Wyndhams where the bacon looks crisp but is very rubbery). The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the highway.”
