“My friend and I stayed in the 3rd floor apartment. It was a little bit of a struggle to get up the stairs! We could not use the TV as it seemed the internet was down. I saw one bug crawling on the floor the day we left.”

“We came in late and left early, we were on tour and booked it as a place to clean up and sleep then get back on the road. The photos aren't inaccurate, but it's kind of rough. The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." “Everything about the property was just as advertised. I had car trouble the day we were supposed to be out, and instead of charging me for the 4 hours extra, Adeola charged me nothing. Thanks again ADEOLA... Will definitely be using her place again.”

“This is right near uptown. It is close enough that everything is walkable but far enough on the edge that it's not too loud. Small World coffee is around the corner and so is Hoagie Haven, Tiger Noodles and some other food spots. The apartment itself is comfortable. There were a few odd things that weren't a big deal such as linens were provided but only one washcloth. Also, be aware that the heating is uneven.
